By commissioning me you agree to these terms:

• Terms of Service

• 1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

▪ 1.1 Full prepayment.
▪ 1.2 For pieces above the 350$ split payments in 50% are allowed.
▪ 1.3 Private work +100% to the cost.
▪ 1.4 No refunds.
▪ 1.5 Extra pay for complex armor/design etc.
▪ 1.6 Extra pay for edits after the sketch step (unless is my fault).
▪ 1.7 Extra pay +30% if you need to get your pic soon, within a week.

• 2. PROCESS

▪ 2.1 I work with WIPs.
▪ 2.2 Time: 1 week- 1.5 month.
▪ 2.3 Any changes can be applied at the sketch step. After that - for additional payment (unless is my fault).
▪ 2.4 All the sketches that were not used for the commission can be used by me in the future for YCHs

• Using AI in the process:

In some of my work, I use AI as a tool to reference a pose or background. More often, I use photobash or PNG texture images for backgrounds.(!!!) All characters are completely painted and shaded manually
You can ALWAYS ask for a screenshot/video with background layers 🤍If the complete absence of AI at any stage is important to you, please specify this in advance when ordering

• 3. CHANGES AND FIXES

▪ 3.1 Any change is allowed during the sketch phase, and some slight edits during lineart phase.
▪ 3.2 No free changes are allowed after line art and flat color process is completed (unless is my fault).
▪ 3.3 Please write all edits as clearly as possible and preferably structured in one message.
▪ 3.4 I don't rework finished piece.
